CROSSFIT
Regain my motivation
Muscle ups with hands turned out at bottom
Strict HSPUs
Double BW Deadlift (currently 280; PR is 275)
PR in all lifts: Snatch; C&J; PP; Back Squat; Front Squat; OHS
Compete in Sectionals (just to do it; just for fun. but to be ready and competitive)

FOOD
Successfully complete Whole 30 (allowing moderate alcohol and one cheat day a week)
Cut out grains, sugars, processed foods and most dairy for good
Cook more. Embrace variety.
Stop making excuses. Just do it.
Let the following become my mantras: “You can’t out train a bad diet.” “Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels.”
